To redeem your package, please follow these steps:

• Pay and check out via the KICHI website ( Buy now) checkout via the selected package page.  Please note: This offer is only valid when you apply the promo code at checkout on the KICHI Shopify website. Package offers must be purchased online via the BUY NOW button; the offer is not valid for purchases made at our Heshesons studio location and the package will be transferred to your treatment account. 
• After full payment has been made and confirmed via the KICHI website, book your appointment through the KICHI treatment page and Hershesons booking platform or KICHI Skin By Natasha page
• Genius packages: Please note KICHI will contact you with a booking code to book your appointmnets with Natasha. 
• KICHI TEAM: Show the confirmation to the front-of-house team when you arrive at your appointment to confirm payment for your package.
• The Herhesons FOH team will then transfer your package to your account.
• The package is valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
• Refunds: Sale packages are non-refundable after the date of purchase or transferable.
• Packages expire 8 months from the date of purchase.
