Return / Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure product satisfaction inform our customers with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, notifying KICHI within 72 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and upholding the highest hygiene standards, we cannot provide refunds for used or opened products.

Treatments Cancelation & Return Policy 

KICHI appointments are limited, therefore we have to put in a strict cancelation and rescheduling policy. 

48hrs or less

Please note we require than 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If you give us notice less than 48 hours of your appointment time, without rescheduling there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Rescheduling less than 48hrs notice will incur a £100 fee.  

 24hrs or less

If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any warning or cancel less than 24hrs notice there will be a charge of 100% of the  treatment cost. 

Please note you can reschedule via your confirmation email, within these T&C's and with more than 48hrs notice.

Less than 48 hrs notice please call 020 3494 4080 and speak to the admin team. We can not except cancelations via email with less than 48hrs notice.


Discounted package are non-refundable.

  • Gift vouchers or packages cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
