The Baby Face Draw — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is KICHI STUDIO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13182996, registered office Innovations House, 19 Staple Gardens, Winchester, England, SO23 8SR. Correspondence address: 180 Strand, London, WC2R 1EA. This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
2. Entry is complimentary
No purchase is necessary and no payment is required at any stage. Entry is by WhatsApp message to KICHI on +44 7438 978763. An entry is valid once KICHI has sent its confirming reply. Standard network charges for sending a message may apply depending on your own mobile or data plan.
3. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this draw are not eligible.
4. One entry per person
One entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by automated means and entries made on behalf of another person will not be counted.
5. The experience
One recipient will receive one KICHI Baby Face treatment (LaseMD Ultra) at the KICHI clinic in London. The recipient may choose either the Baby Face treatment, or the Baby Face treatment with Salmon DNA at no additional charge. Total value up to £450 depending on the option chosen. The Salmon DNA option uses a salmon-derived ingredient and is not suitable for anyone with a fish or seafood allergy; the standard Baby Face treatment is available instead.
There is no cash alternative, the experience is not transferable and it may not be exchanged, sold or resold.
6. Selection
One recipient will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time, using a randomising process, after entries close on 20 October 2026. The selection is final.
7. Notification
The selected recipient will be contacted directly by KICHI on the WhatsApp number used to enter, by 27 October 2026. If the selected recipient does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative recipient at random. The result will be announced by 31 October 2026.
8. Suitability
The treatment is subject to consultation and to KICHI's standard suitability and contraindication checks. If the selected recipient is found to be unsuitable for the treatment, KICHI will offer an alternative treatment of equivalent value.
9. Booking
The appointment must be booked and taken by 31 January 2027, subject to availability, at the KICHI clinic, 180 Strand, London, WC2R 1EA. Travel and any other costs are not included.
10. Your information
Entrants' details are used only to administer this draw unless separate marketing consent is given. Marketing consent is optional, is never a condition of entry, is requested separately, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or unsubscribing from email. The surname and county of the selected recipient will be made available on request for one month after the announcement. See our privacy policy.
11. Amendment
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this draw, or these terms, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entry into the draw confirms acceptance of these terms.
